The Emissary\u2019s Oath \u2013 Certification Pledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Scientific Integrity:<\/strong> I will rely only on evidence-based medicine and open science. I will not disseminate unverified information, pseudoscientific theories, or promote commercial interests under the guise of health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cultural Humility:<\/strong> I will listen carefully and learn from the community, rather than imposing ready-made solutions. I respect local traditions, beliefs, and social structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Safety and Harmlessness:<\/strong> My actions must not cause physical, psychological, or social harm. In crisis situations, I will act within my competencies and in coordination with local authorities and international organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Transparency and Accountability:<\/strong> I will be open regarding my project funding sources and potential conflicts of interest. I will measure and report on the impact of my activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Global Solidarity:<\/strong> I will advocate for the right to health for all, especially for vulnerable and demoralized population groups. I will not discriminate on any social basis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Control Mechanisms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Ethical Committee:<\/strong> A body of Masters elected by the Council of Emissaries to review complaints and complex cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Transparent Reporting:<\/strong> All Emissary projects undergo mandatory public reporting (simplified for Agents, detailed for Envoys).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Regular Re-certification (every 3 years):<\/strong> Mandatory confirmation of knowledge, skills, and compliance with the Code through testing and the defense of a current project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Anonymous Notification System (Whistleblowing):<\/strong> For reporting violations of the Code and unethical behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • For Events:<\/strong> Design of badges, stands, and presentations \u2013 strict, with an emphasis on typography and the symbol. Use of a large amount of “air” (whitespace).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Digital Environment:<\/strong> Website and learning platform \u2013 intuitive, with a focus on the community (Emissary profiles, project map). Visual metaphors: tree growth, spreading of light, connection between nodes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photo Style:<\/strong> Authentic, emotional, but non-staged photos. Emissaries in dialogue with people, working on projects, in reflection. Many close-ups of hands, eyes, and smiles. No “Hollywood-style” idealization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Brand Voice:<\/strong> “Wise companion.” Tone of communication \u2013 respectful, inspiring, but not moralizing. Language of speech \u2013 clear, jargon-free, with examples. Emphasis on stories of real people (Emissaries and those they have beneficially changed), rather than abstract concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
