Members of the Academy commit to respecting the dignity of all individuals regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, social status, sexual orientation, or disability. Any form of discrimination or exploitation is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beneficence and Non-Maleficence<\/strong> The Academy&#8217;s activities must promote health and prevent disease. All actions must be aimed at maximizing benefit and minimizing the risk of harm. <em>&#8220;Primum non nocere&#8221;<\/em> (first, do no harm) is a fundamental principle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scientific Integrity and Objectivity<\/strong> Research and publications must be based on reliable data, with full disclosure of methods and results. Falsification of data, plagiarism, or concealment of conflicts of interest is prohibited. Members of the Academy commit to maintaining the independence of science from external pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong> Personal health information must be kept in strict confidence. Data may only be used with informed consent and for purposes consistent with the Academy\u2019s mission. Compliance with international data protection standards (such as GDPR or similar frameworks) is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Justice and Equal Access to Knowledge<\/strong> The Academy strives for the equitable dissemination of health knowledge. Educational programs, research, and recommendations must be accessible to all countries and communities, with priority given to vulnerable groups. The commercialization of knowledge to the detriment of the public good is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional Responsibility and Cooperation<\/strong> Members of the Academy commit to maintaining a high level of competence through continuous learning. They must foster interdisciplinary and international cooperation, avoiding conflicts and promoting constructive dialogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environmental and Social Responsibility<\/strong> Human health is inextricably linked to the environment. The Academy promotes sustainable practices that consider the impact on the planet and future generations. Members commit to addressing the social determinants of health in their work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparency and Accountability<\/strong> All decisions and actions must be transparent. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed in advance.
